Association Fee Rules

• Your Association fee is due on or before the 1st of every month. You may prepay.

• Fees are considered late after the 15th of the month. A late charge of 5% of your Association fee will be assessed.

• Balances over 30 days late are subject to annual interest charges of 18%.

Payment

• Make your checks payable to Sherborn Village Condominium Trust. We are unable to accept wire transfers.

• Mail to P.O. Box 84, Sherborn, MA 01770.

Financial Documents

The HOA doesn't charge for refinancing documentation unless there are charges for notarization of signatures. In those cases, those charges will be passed on to the homeowner. Most lending institutions require a 6D Certificate, and may include other documents. Please note that 2 weeks notice is typically needed to provide this information.
