Routine Community Maintenance

Trash Removal

Trash is picked up weekly on Thursday mornings, typically between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM at the end of each driveway. It is suggested that you put your trash out by 9:00 AM. It is requested that you put your trash bins back into your garage shortly after it has been picked up.

In the event of a holiday, trash will be collected on Friday.

Snow Removal

We have a contract with Green Landscaping for snow removal. They will also treat icy serfaces as needed. Our Master Deed has restrictions on the type of ice melting materials allowed. Please remove vehicles from the Visitors area when more than an inch or two is expected so it can be cleared as well.

Lawns and Landscaping

We have a contract with Green Landscaping for lawn and landscaping maintenance. Lawns are mowed weekly during the height of the season. Weeding of gardens is done on an as-needed basis throughout the growing season. Spring and fall cleanups will also be done.

Water Testing

• Samples for Coliform testing are taken from each well and 1 unit served by each well monthly. Those samples are drawn from your exterior faucets. If you've turned off your exterior faucet, please let us know.

• Samples for Lead and Copper testing are taken semiannually in Q2 and Q4 from 5 units and require owner participation. We will try to arrange a schedule that spreads the burden among all units over time.
